Inside Our Fabrication Workshop: How Large-Format Signage Gets Made

At Al Falah Advertising, we own our entire production chain — from raw material intake to final installation. This end-to-end control is the cornerstone of the quality and turnaround times our clients rely on.

The Digital Pre-Press Studio

Every project begins in our pre-press room where our graphic team receives client artwork, performs colour profiling, and prepares print-ready files. We calibrate every job against ISO 12647-2 standards to ensure colour consistency.

Wide-Format Printing

Our production floor houses a fleet of wide-format UV inkjet printers capable of outputting up to 5 metres wide. UV-cured inks bond to almost any substrate — vinyl, acrylic, aluminium composite, PVC foam, fabric, and glass.

Daily capacity: up to 2,400 square metres of printed media.

CNC Routing & Laser Cutting

Our CNC routers can cut substrates up to 50mm thick and hold tolerances within 0.1mm — essential for channel letter fabrication. The laser cutting suite handles acrylics up to 25mm, producing razor-clean edges.

Metal Fabrication & Powder Coating

Our metal shop bends, welds, and finishes structural steel and aluminium frames. The in-house powder coating line means frames match brand colours exactly without outsourcing delays.

Quality Control & Dispatch

Every finished piece goes through a three-stage QC process — dimensional verification, visual colour check, and electrical safety test for illuminated units — before dispatch.

Typical Lead Times

  • Vinyl banners & prints — 24–48 hours
  • Acrylic & foam board signs — 3–5 days
  • Illuminated channel letters — 7–14 days
  • Pylon & monument signs — 3–6 weeks
  • Exhibition stands — 4–8 weeks
